Rice Paper Crab Chips

Ingredients

  • 4 sheets rice paper
  • 3 imitation crab sticks
  • 1 bunch enoki mushrooms
  • 4 seaweed sheets
  • 1 scallion

Instructions

  1. Split the imitation crab sticks in half to make 6 pieces.
  2. Place one sheet of rice paper on a flat surface. Arrange the crab sticks an inch apart from each other, then sprinkle scallions over them.
  3. Quickly dip another sheet of rice paper in water to soften, then layer it over the crab sticks to form a pocket.
  4. Cut around each crab stick to create individual squares with the rice paper.
  5. Repeat the same process with the enoki mushrooms and seaweed.
  6. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Deep fry the rice paper chips until they puff up and become crispy on all sides. Remove from the oil and drain.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy with a refreshing drink!
