Ingredients
- 4 sheets rice paper
- 3 imitation crab sticks
- 1 bunch enoki mushrooms
- 4 seaweed sheets
- 1 scallion
Instructions
- Split the imitation crab sticks in half to make 6 pieces.
- Place one sheet of rice paper on a flat surface. Arrange the crab sticks an inch apart from each other, then sprinkle scallions over them.
- Quickly dip another sheet of rice paper in water to soften, then layer it over the crab sticks to form a pocket.
- Cut around each crab stick to create individual squares with the rice paper.
- Repeat the same process with the enoki mushrooms and seaweed.
- Heat cooking oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Deep fry the rice paper chips until they puff up and become crispy on all sides. Remove from the oil and drain.
- Serve immediately and enjoy with a refreshing drink!
