5 Min Microwave Hotpot

Ingredients

  • 1 pack glass noodles
  • 1 napa cabbage leaf, chopped
  • 2 bok choy, halved
  • A handful of rice cakes
  • 2 dumplings
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp msg
  • 1/2 tsp chili oil
  • 4-5 slices of frozen beef
  • A handful of enoki mushrooms
  • scallions
  • 400ml chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Soak the glass noodles in hot water, keeping them slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe glass container, layer the cabbage, bok choy, rice cakes, dumplings, and minced ginger.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, msg, and chili oil.
  4. Place the glass noodles then place the frozen beef slices on top along with enoki mushrooms.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir well, serve hot, and enjoy!

  2. this looks great! Please share the brand of your dipping sauce/or the recipe if you made that. I find the dipping sauce is a huge part of what makes it tasty, so want to make sure I’m doing a good one!
