Binghulu

Ingredients

  • Fruits of choice (I use strawberries, pineapple, grapes, blueberries, and cherry tomatoes for funsies)
  • Ice (enough to coat the fruits)
  • Tea (any drink of choice, or water)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fruits thoroughly and skewer them.
  2. Place the fruit skewers in the freezer overnight.
  3. Refrigerate the tea or drink of choice overnight so it is nice and cold.
  4. Prepare enough ice cubes.
  5. In a bowl, add the ice and the drink of choice. Immediately add the fruit skewers for about 2-3 minutes. If your bowl is small, add the skewers in batches to ensure they get a proper icy coating.
  6. Remove the skewers and enjoy immediately.
