Ingredients
- 6 SkyFlakes crackers
- 5 imitation crab sticks, shredded
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the crab sticks, egg white, scallions, sriracha, paprika, garlic powder, – sesame seeds, Kewpie mayo, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Arrange the SkyFlakes crackers on a baking tray.
- Spoon the mixture evenly onto each cracker and top with extra shredded cheese.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Once done, use a blow torch to lightly char the tops for extra flavor.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
