Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups corn
- 2 strips bacon
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 3 tbsp mozzarella
- Furikake seasoning
Instructions
- Cook bacon until crispy, then use the bacon oil to stir-fry the corn.
- Add sriracha and mayo, stirring until the mixture starts to caramelize.
- Sprinkle mozzarella on top, cover, and let it melt for 2-3 minutes.
- Uncover and finish with a sprinkle of furikake. Enjoy it by itself or with corn tortillas.
