Baked Sweet Potato Brulee

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 scoop of your favorite ice cream
  • 2 tbsp ground pistachios

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Poke the sweet potato all over with a fork, wrap it in aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
  3. Once baked, remove from the oven, unwrap, and carefully slice it in half.
  4. Sprinkle sugar evenly over both halves, then use a blow torch to caramelize the sugar until golden and crispy.
  5. Top with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with ground pistachios. Serve immediately and enjoy!
