Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 scoop of your favorite ice cream
- 2 tbsp ground pistachios
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Poke the sweet potato all over with a fork, wrap it in aluminum foil, and bake for 30 minutes.
- Once baked, remove from the oven, unwrap, and carefully slice it in half.
- Sprinkle sugar evenly over both halves, then use a blow torch to caramelize the sugar until golden and crispy.
- Top with a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle with ground pistachios. Serve immediately and enjoy!
