Banana Snicker Bar

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 6 Medjool dates
  • Peanut butter
  • 160g dark chocolate
  • Ground peanuts
  • Flaky salt

Instructions

  1. Cut bananas into 2-inch pieces and slightly trim the tops and bottoms to create a flat surface.
  2. Slice the dates in half and remove the pits.
  3. Fill a piping bag with peanut butter and pipe it onto the halved dates.
  4. Freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and dip the frozen banana pieces into the chocolate.
  6. Drizzle with peanut butter, then sprinkle with ground peanuts and flaky salt.
  7. Return to the freezer for another 3-4 hours until fully set.
  8. Before serving, let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
