Curry Egg Rice

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 3 imitation crab sticks
  • ½ tsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp scallions
  • 1 curry block
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tbsp kimchi
  • 1 canned Salmon
  • 2 tbsp seaweed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine rice with kimchi, canned salmon, sesame oil, sesame seeds, and seaweed.
  2. Mix well and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, dissolve the curry block in a cup of water, cooking un5l the sauce thickens.
  4. Heat a pan over medium-high heat, add a bit of oil, and pour in the whisked egg. Top with
    shredded imitation crab s5cks.
  5. Then, use a chopstick to swirl and shape the egg into a tornado.
  6. Place the rice in the center of a plate, cover it with the egg, and pour the curry sauce around
    the side. Serve warm and enjoy!
