Ingredients
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- Scallions
- 10-15 pan seared dumplings
- 2 tbsp fried peanuts
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 red chilies
- a sprinkle of MSG
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mala seasoning powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, the dumplings, and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- In a large container, combine all the ingredients. Toss everything together until well mixed.
