Ingredients
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 15-20 dumplings
- Scallions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp fried peanuts
Chili Oil Sauce
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped scallions
- 2 red chilies
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp mala seasoning
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 3 tbsp hot oil
Instructions
- In a pan over medium heat, add 2 tbsp of cooking oil, dumplings, and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and cook until the bottoms are golden brown.
- Prepare the chili oil sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients together.
- In a large bowl, assemble the dish by tossing in cherry tomatoes, scallions, sesame seeds, fried peanuts, and the chili oil sauce to the cooked dumplings.
