Ingredients
- ½ ripe banana, mashed
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
- ½ tsp whipped honey or regular honey
- 1 cup milk
- ¼ tsp matcha powder
- 2 strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- In a container, combine all ingredients in the order listed, and mix thoroughly.
- Top with sliced strawberries, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
