Matcha Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ ripe banana, mashed
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • ½ tsp whipped honey or regular honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • ¼ tsp matcha powder
  • 2 strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. In a container, combine all ingredients in the order listed, and mix thoroughly.
  2. Top with sliced strawberries, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
