Ingredients
- 6 strawberries
- 2 kiwis
- 1 mango
- 6 slices of soft white bread (shokupan)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- In an electric mixer, pour the chilled heavy cream and whisk until stiff peaks form.
- Prepare the fruits and cut the crusts off the bread.
- Assemble the sandwich by spreading a generous layer of whipped cream on one side of a bread slice.
- Arrange the fruit on the whipped cream and press them gently into it.
- Add another layer of whipped cream over the fruits and top with another slice of bread, ensuring the slices stick well together.
- Chill the sandwiches in the fridge for 20-30 minutes. After chilling, cut the sandwiches diagonally to create two triangles and enjoy.
