Ingredients
- 5 chicken buns
- 2 cups roasted peanuts
- 5 tomatoes
- 18 cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 5 shallots
- 2 heads of garlic
- 6 Thai chilies (adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp EVOO
Instructions
- Roast the tomatoes and garlic in the oven at 450°F for 20 minutes.
- Using a mortar and pestle, grind the peanuts then the shallots.
- Add the roasted tomatoes and Thai chilies to the mix.
- Season with salt, sugar, and EVOO, then grind everything until well combined.
- Serve with rice or chicken buns.
