Ingredients
- 1 boneless chicken thigh
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt & pepper
- Cabbage
- Lemon slices
- Mayo
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Beat the chicken until flattened.
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then coat it in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.- In a pan, heat up the oil on medium-high and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve with chopped cabbage, lemon wedges, and mayo. Enjoy with rice!
