Crispy Kbbq Pork Belly Musubi

Ingredients

  • 2 rice paper sheets
  • 4 snackable seaweed sheets
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 2 strips pork belly
  • Kimchi
  • Garlic
  • Pepper

Pork Belly Marinade

  • 1 tbsp gochujang
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Marinate the pork belly with gochujang, honey, and rice vinegar, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  2. Prepare the ingredients for grilling.
  3. Cut the pork belly into 2-inch lengths.
  4. Assemble by placing a sheet of rice paper, a sheet of seaweed, some rice, grilled kimchi, pork belly, garlic, and pepper, then top with another seaweed sheet and wrap in rice paper.
  5. In a pan, sear the wrapped rice paper until crispy.
  6. Cut in half and enjoy!
