Ingredients
- 2 rice paper sheets
- 4 snackable seaweed sheets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 strips pork belly
- Kimchi
- Garlic
- Pepper
Pork Belly Marinade
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
- Marinate the pork belly with gochujang, honey, and rice vinegar, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
- Prepare the ingredients for grilling.
- Cut the pork belly into 2-inch lengths.
- Assemble by placing a sheet of rice paper, a sheet of seaweed, some rice, grilled kimchi, pork belly, garlic, and pepper, then top with another seaweed sheet and wrap in rice paper.
- In a pan, sear the wrapped rice paper until crispy.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
