Ingredients
- 2 cups of cooked rice
- 1 canned smoked salmon
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Prepare the salmon filling by mixing together the canned smoked salmon, mayo, sriracha, and shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Using an onigiri mold or by hand, shape the rice, placing the salmon filling in the center.
- Heat the cooking oil in a cast iron pan over medium-high heat. Place the onigiri in the pan and cook until the rice is golden and crispy on all sides.
