Ingredients
Soybean Soup
- 1 small potato
- 1/4 onion
- 1/4 zucchini
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Tofu
- Premade soybean soup sauce
- 1 1/2 cups water
Japchae
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- 1 bunch of japchae noodles
- Premade japchae sauce
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 carrot
- 1/4 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 egg
- 2 scallions
- – tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Soybean Soup
- In a pot, combine all the ingredients for the soybean soup.
- Bring to a boil, then simmer until the vegetables are tender.
Japchae
- Soak the japchae noodles overnight
- Stir-fry each ingredient separately.
- Add the noodles back to the pan and mix in the premade sauce.
- Stir-fry together until well combined.
