Korean Corn Dog

Ingredients

  • 2 crescent rolls
  • 2 sausages
  • 4 mozzarella blocks
  • Panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 skewer sticks
  • Cooking oil
  • Ketchup, mayo, and sugar for garnish

Instructions

  1. Grill the sausages if they are not pre-cooked.
  2. Cut each sausage in half and thread onto a skewer. Add a mozzarella block to the other half of each skewer.
  3. Wrap each sausage and mozzarella skewer completely in crescent roll dough.
  4. Dip the wrapped skewers in beaten egg yolk, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
  5. In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Fry the corn dogs until golden brown.
  6. Garnish with ketchup, mayo, and a sprinkle of sugar. Enjoy!
