Ingredients
- 2 crescent rolls
- 2 sausages
- 4 mozzarella blocks
- Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 4 skewer sticks
- Cooking oil
- Ketchup, mayo, and sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Grill the sausages if they are not pre-cooked.
- Cut each sausage in half and thread onto a skewer. Add a mozzarella block to the other half of each skewer.
- Wrap each sausage and mozzarella skewer completely in crescent roll dough.
- Dip the wrapped skewers in beaten egg yolk, then coat thoroughly with panko breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat cooking oil over medium-high heat. Fry the corn dogs until golden brown.
- Garnish with ketchup, mayo, and a sprinkle of sugar. Enjoy!
