Ingredients
- 2 bunches of spinach
- 8 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 dried chili peppers
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp MSG
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp fried peanuts
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Parboil the spinach for about 2 minutes.
- Squeeze out the excess water and place the spinach in a bowl.
- Heat the cooking oil in a small pot.
- Season the spinach with the minced garlic, sesame seeds, light soy sauce, sesame oil, MSG, rice vinegar, and fried peanuts.
- Add the dried chili peppers to the hot oil and let it sizzle for a couple seconds.
- Drizzle about 1 tbsp of the hot chili oil over the spinach.
- Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
