Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 500ml chicken broth
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- Scallions and chili oil for toppings
- Water for steaming
Instructions
- Whisk the eggs in a bowl you’re steaming with.
- Add water or chicken broth while whisking until well combined.
- Bring water to a boil in a steaming pan, then place the bowl inside.
- Steam on medium heat for 10 minutes, then reduce to low and steam for another 10 minutes.
- Let it sit covered for 5 minutes before uncovering.
- Drizzle with sesame oil and light soy sauce before serving.
