Ingredients:
- 4–5 wedges of watermelon
- Condensed milk, for drizzling
- Tajín, to taste
Instructions:
- Cut watermelon into popsicle-style wedges — this shape makes it easier to shave later.
- Place the wedges in the freezer overnight, or until completely frozen solid.
- When you’re ready to serve, put on a glove (trust me, your hand will thank you) and use a microplane or fine grater to shave the frozen watermelon. Work quickly!
- Drizzle with condensed milk and sprinkle with Tajín.
