Potato Chips Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp hot oil
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 cup microgreens
  • 2 cups potato chips

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, sugar, and pepper.
  2. Heat the oil until it reaches about 400°F, then carefully pour it over the seasoning mixture. Stir to combine, it should sizzle!
  3. Add the chopped shallot, cilantro, garlic, and microgreens.
  4. Toss in the potato chips and gently mix until everything is well coated.
  5. Serve immediately while the chips are still crispy. Enjoy!
