Mango Magnum

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain yogurt
  • 2 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 2 tbsp honey

For the Matcha Dip:

  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, honey, and diced mango.
  2. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze overnight.
  3. To prepare the matcha dip, melt the white chocolate and coconut oil together using a double boiler or in the microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Once melted, stir in the matcha powder until fully combined.
  4. Once the popsicles are fully frozen, remove them from the molds and dip each one into the matcha coating.
  5. Return the dipped popsicles to the freezer for another 15 minutes to allow the coating to set.
  6. Remove and enjoy your refreshing treat!
