Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango
- 3 slices thick-cut white bread, crusts removed
- 3 tbsp pistachio spread
- Butter (for frying)
- 1 tbsp crushed pistachios
For the Mango Purée:
- 1 ripe mango
- 1 cup mango kefir
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
Instructions:
- Layer pistachio spread evenly between each slice of bread to form a layered stack. Press gently to secure.
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Fry the toast on all sides until golden brown and crispy.
- Blend the mango, mango kefir, and condensed milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the mango purée over the fried toast, then sprinkle with crushed pistachios.
