Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken Wrap

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen scallion pancake
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scallion, finely chopped
  • 1 pack Laoban Dumplings Brand Taiwanese Popcorn Chicken
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 2 slices jalapeño
  • Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the popcorn chicken in the air fryer according to package instructions. Toss with fresh basil.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg with the chopped scallion.
  3. Cook the frozen scallion pancake until lightly crispy on both sides.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over one side of the pancake, flip, and cook until the egg is fully set.
  5. Remove from the pan and brush the egg side with the sauce included in the popcorn chicken pack.
  6. Assemble the wrap: layer lettuce, jalapeño slices, and popcorn chicken on top.
  7. Roll up the wrap, slice in half, and enjoy!
