Ingredients
- 2 large sheets of seaweed (nori)
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 egg white
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- ½ cup diced yellow bell peppers
- ½ cup chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp Sunbird General Tso’s Chicken Seasoning Mix
Instructions
- If you don’t have ground chicken, blend chicken and the egg white in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the carrots, bell peppers, scallions, cornstarch, and seasoning mix.
- Spoon the mixture into a piping bag.
- Cut the seaweed sheets into small rectangles, sized for your rolls.
- Pipe the chicken mixture onto each piece of seaweed and roll tightly.
- Air fry the rolls at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
- Let cool slightly before serving, then enjoy!
