Chicken Seaweed Rolls

Ingredients

  • 2 large sheets of seaweed (nori)
  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup diced yellow bell peppers
  • ½ cup chopped scallions
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp Sunbird General Tso’s Chicken Seasoning Mix

Instructions

  1. If you don’t have ground chicken, blend chicken and the egg white in a food processor or blender until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the carrots, bell peppers, scallions, cornstarch, and seasoning mix.
  3. Spoon the mixture into a piping bag.
  4. Cut the seaweed sheets into small rectangles, sized for your rolls.
  5. Pipe the chicken mixture onto each piece of seaweed and roll tightly.
  6. Air fry the rolls at 400°F (200°C) for about 15 minutes, or until golden and cooked through.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving, then enjoy!
