Croissant Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 tbsp marinara sauce
  • 1–2 tbsp mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 slices Campo Grande Chorizo
  • 3 slices Campo Grande Salchichón
  • 4 fresh basil leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat a grill pan or cast-iron skillet. Place the croissants on the pan and press them down with a grill press (or a heavy pan) until flattened and the bottoms turn crispy.
  2. Spread marinara sauce over each croissant, then layer on the mozzarella, chorizo, salchichón, tomatoes, and basil.
  3. Cover and cook for another 2–3 minutes, until the cheese is melted and everything is warmed through.Serve immediately and enjoy!
