Ingredients
- 1 ¼ sheets nori
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1 tbsp furikake
- 1 tbsp tobiko (flying fish roe)
- 1 mini cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp tuna
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- ½ avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package directions, then mix in the furikake for extra umami flavor.
- Lay one full sheet of nori on a clean surface and spread half (½ cup) of the seasoned rice in the center.
- Sprinkle the tobiko evenly over the rice.
- Add cucumber slices, followed by the tuna.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise and sriracha.
- Layer on the avocado slices, then top with the remaining ½ cup of rice.
- Use the remaining ¼ sheet of nori to cover the top, folding in the edges to form a neat “sushi burger.”
- Wrap tightly with plastic wrap, let it rest for a minute to hold its shape, then cut in half and enjoy!
