Ingredients
- 1 sweet potato
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- Sugar, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Wash the sweet potato thoroughly and pat it dry.
- Using a mandoline, slice the sweet potato into very thin rounds.
- Working in batches, place the slices in the air fryer basket. Brush each batch with melted butter and lightly sprinkle with sugar.
- Air fry at 370°F for 10 minutes, then flip the slices and cook for an additional 3 minutes at 360°F until crisp and golden.
- Serve and enjoy right away for the best texture!
