Matcha Blueberry Balls

Ingredients:

  • 4 oz white chocolate
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
  • 1 cup blueberries

Instructions:

  1. Wash the blueberries thoroughly and pat them completely dry.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate together with the coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Whisk in the matcha powder until fully incorporated.
  4. Using a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the matcha chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Refrigerate until set, or freeze overnight for a firmer texture.
  6. Enjoy these bite-sized treats straight from the fridge!
