Ingredients:
- 4 oz white chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- 1 cup blueberries
Instructions:
- Wash the blueberries thoroughly and pat them completely dry.
- In a heatproof bowl, melt the white chocolate together with the coconut oil until smooth.
- Whisk in the matcha powder until fully incorporated.
- Using a toothpick, dip each blueberry into the matcha chocolate and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Refrigerate until set, or freeze overnight for a firmer texture.
- Enjoy these bite-sized treats straight from the fridge!
