Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked sushi rice
- 1 tbsp furikake
- 1 tbsp tobiko (flying fish roe)
- 1 mini cucumber, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp tuna
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 fried egg
- ½ avocado, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the sushi rice according to package directions, then stir in the furikake for extra flavor.
- Line a small round bowl with plastic wrap. Add the rice and press it along the sides to form a rounded “bun” shape.
- Sprinkle the tobiko evenly over the rice.
- Layer in the cucumber slices, followed by the tuna.
- Drizzle with mayonnaise and sriracha.
- Add the avocado slices, then top with the remaining rice to complete the “burger.”
- Pull the edges of the plastic wrap together and twist to secure everything tightly.
- Let it rest for a minute to set the shape, then slice in half and enjoy!
