Strawberry Matcha Milk Sago

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk jelly
  • 1 cup green aiyu jelly
  • 1 cup young shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp strawberry popping boba
  • 2 tbsp Ikigai Strawberry Fruit Preserve
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, diced
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup cooked sago

Matcha Milk

  • 2 cups milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp matcha powder
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. In a blender, mix together the milk, matcha, and honey until smooth and fully combined.
  2. In a large bowl or serving dish, layer all the ingredients in the order listed.
  3. Pour the matcha milk over the mixture, give it a gentle stir, and serve chilled.
