Thanksgiving Pumpkin PIzza

Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought pizza dough
  • 1 smoked pork or chicken sausage 2 tbsp marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin purée
  • 1 Italian sausage
  • 3–4 mozzarella balls
  • 5–6 slices of kabocha squash
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Olive oil, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Flatten the pizza dough and spread a thin layer of marinara and pumpkin purée.
  2. Top with sliced sausages, mozzarella balls, kabocha slices, and rosemary. Season with salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Preheat the Solo Stove Pi Prime pizza oven while assembling your pizza.
  4. Bake the pizza for about 90 seconds, rotating as needed, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
  5. Remove, slice, and enjoy!
