Lazy Tuna Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet seaweed
  • 1 sheet rice paper
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • ½ avocado, sliced
  • ¼ cup cooked rice
  • Furikake, to taste

Instructions

  1. Lay the seaweed sheet down and place the rice paper directly on top. Lightly dampen the rice paper so it softens.
  2. Make one cut from the center of the sheet straight down to the edge (don’t cut all the way through).
  3. Add the ingredients into each quadrant, rice, tuna, cucumber, avocado, and sprinkle with furikake on the rice.
  4. Fold each quadrant over the next to form a layered square wrap.
  5. Cut in half if you’d like, or enjoy as is!
