- 1 slice milk bread
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
Matcha Butter
- 3 tbsp butter (softened)
- 2 tsp matcha powder
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup kefir
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Lightly toast the milk bread until golden.
- In a pan over low heat, melt the butter and slowly caramelize the banana slices until soft and lightly browned.
- Make the matcha butter: mix the softened butter with matcha powder, salt, and sugar. Add kefir to create a creamy, balanced spread.
- Spread the matcha butter generously over the toasted bread, top with the caramelized bananas, and enjoy!
