Ingredients
- 1 cup cream cheese
- Smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp capers
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- Flaky salt, if needed
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- Mini crostinis
Instructions
- On a plate, use a spoon to shape the cream cheese into flower-like petals, working from the outer edge inward.
- Place small pieces of smoked salmon inside each petal to fill them in.
- Add the capers in the center of the “flower.”
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle flaky salt to taste.
- Garnish with dill and serve with toasted crostinis, perfect with a sip of Bezel Chardonnay.
