LOX Flower Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • Smoked salmon
  • 2 tbsp capers
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • Flaky salt, if needed
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • Mini crostinis

Instructions

  1. On a plate, use a spoon to shape the cream cheese into flower-like petals, working from the outer edge inward.
  2. Place small pieces of smoked salmon inside each petal to fill them in.
  3. Add the capers in the center of the “flower.”
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle flaky salt to taste.
  5. Garnish with dill and serve with toasted crostinis, perfect with a sip of Bezel Chardonnay.
