Ingredients
- 1/2 lb salmon trimmings or 2 salmon fillets
- 2 Blue Circle Foods Salmon Sausages
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/4 cup chopped shallots
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapeños
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Kewpie mayo
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 wedge of lime
- Cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and cook the salmon trimmings until crispy; set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the garlic, shallots, jalapeños, and red bell pepper until softened and fragrant.
- Add the salmon sausages and the crispy salmon back into the pan.
- Cook for 1–2 minutes, then add the fish sauce, soy sauce, Kewpie mayo, and oyster sauce. Stir-fry until everything is well-coated and fragrant.
- Finish with a squeeze of lime and serve warm with rice.
