Instructions
- If your puff pastry sheets are large, cut each one in half so the size matches your sausages.
- Roll each sausage tightly in a piece of puff pastry.
- Use a chopstick to make evenly spaced hasselback-style cuts along the top.
- Gently twist each cut section, pushing one side up and the other down to create a braided effect.
- Brush the tops with egg wash, then sprinkle generously with cheddar and mozzarella.
- Bake at 400°F for about 20 minutes, or until golden and puffed.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
