Potato Au Gratin

Ingredients

  • 1 box Idahoan Potato Au Gratin
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups water
  • Shaved cheddar and parmesan
  • Rosemary and parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pour the potato slices into a baking dish and follow the package directions by adding the sauce packet, milk, water, and butter on top.
  2. For extra flavor, sprinkle cheddar and shaved parmesan over the top, then add a little rosemary before baking.
  3. Bake according to the package instructions.
  4. Once done, the top should be golden and crisp while the potatoes stay soft and creamy inside. Finish with parsley and enjoy!
