Ingredients
- 6 slices of bread
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup melted dark chocolate
Instructions
- Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten each one with a rolling pin.
- Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
- Spread a thin, even layer of chocolate over each slice of bread, then roll them up tightly.
- Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the bread pieces until evenly coated.
- Arrange the coated pieces on a baking tray and bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
