Mini Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 6 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup melted dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten each one with a rolling pin.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
  3. Spread a thin, even layer of chocolate over each slice of bread, then roll them up tightly.
  4. Cut each roll into bite-sized pieces.
  5. In a bowl, mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Toss the bread pieces until evenly coated.
  6. Arrange the coated pieces on a baking tray and bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
