Ingredients
Tofu
- 1 block firm tofu
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cooking oil spray
Stir-Fry Sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp chopped scallions
- 1 tbsp vegan fish sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
- Pat the tofu dry thoroughly with paper towels to remove as much moisture as possible.
- Cut the tofu into evenly sized cubes and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Lightly spray the tofu with cooking oil.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10 minutes, flip, then cook for another 10 minutes. Add extra time if needed until golden and crispy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- To make the stir-fry sauce, heat a pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil, garlic, scallions, vegan fish sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce. Toss in the crispy tofu and stir quickly to coat.
- Serve with rice or your dish of choice and enjoy!
