Ingredients
- 1 can tuna
- 1 sheet nori
- 4 small rice paper sheets
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 4 imitation crab sticks
- ½ cup seaweed salad
- Water, for softening rice paper
Instructions
- Cut the nori sheet into 4 equal squares.
- Lightly soak the rice paper in water for a few seconds, or spray with water until pliable.
- Place the rice paper about one-quarter of the way onto the nori square.
- Layer the lettuce, shredded carrot, cucumber, imitation crab, seaweed salad, and tuna on top of the rice paper.
- Tuck in the sides of the rice paper, then roll everything up tightly, rolling together with the nori.
- Slice if desired and enjoy as is.
