Ingredients
- 1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp mustard seeds
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp hot oil
- 1 shallot, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp chopped cilantro
- 3 tbsp chopped scallions
- 1 cup fish nuggets
- 2 cups potato chips
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, sugar, and black pepper.
- Cook the fish nuggets according to the package instructions.
- Heat the oil until it reaches about 400°F, then carefully pour it over the seasoning mixture. Stir immediately, it should sizzle!
- Add the chopped shallot, cilantro, scallions and mustard seeds, stirring to combine.
- Toss in the potato chips and cooked fish nuggets, gently mixing until everything is evenly coated.
- Serve immediately while the chips are still crispy. Enjoy!
