Ingredients
- 2 frozen strawberries
- 2 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 cups kefir
- 1 tbsp condensed milk
- 1 cup cooked sago
- 1 tbsp crushed toasted pistachios
Instructions
- Cook the sago according to package instructions and let it cool. Freeze the strawberries overnight until solid.
- Pour the kefir into a bowl and add the fresh sliced strawberries.
- Using a grater, finely shave the frozen strawberries directly over the bowl to create a fluffy, icy layer.
- Add the cooked sago, drizzle with condensed milk, and sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
