5 Min Microwave Hotpot

Ingredients

  • 1 pack buckwheat noodles
  • 1 napa cabbage leaf, chopped
  • 2 bok choy, halved
  • A handful of rice cakes
  • 2 shrimp balls
  • 2 dumplings
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 tsp msg
  • 1/2 tsp chili oil
  • 4-5 slices of frozen beef
  • A handful of enoki mushrooms
  • 400ml chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Boil the buckwheat noodles for 1-2 minutes, keeping them slightly firm. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a microwave-safe glass container, layer the cabbage, bok choy, rice cakes, shrimp balls, dumplings and minced ginger.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sesame oil, msg, and chili oil.
  4. Place the buckwheat noodles and the frozen beef slices on top along with enoki mushrooms.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and microwave on high for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir well, serve hot, and enjoy!
