Matcha Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cocojune yogurt
  • 1/4 cup matcha (1.5 tbsp matcha power + 1/4 hot water)
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • matcha powder

Instructions

  1. In a container, combine yogurt, matcha, chia seeds, and honey. Mix well until fully incorporated.
  2. Cover and let it sit in the fridge overnight or for at least 3-4 hours to allow the chia seeds to bloom.
  3. Once ready to serve, add a thin layer of more yogurt on top.
  4. Finish by generously sprinkling matcha powder over the yogurt and enjoy!
