Ingredients
- 3 bananas
- 6 Medjool dates
- Peanut butter
- 160g dark chocolate
- Ground peanuts
- Flaky salt
Instructions
- Cut bananas into 2-inch pieces and slightly trim the tops and bottoms to create a flat surface.
- Slice the dates in half and remove the pits.
- Fill a piping bag with peanut butter and pipe it onto the halved dates.
- Freeze for 3-4 hours until solid.
- Melt the dark chocolate and dip the frozen banana pieces into the chocolate.
- Drizzle with peanut butter, then sprinkle with ground peanuts and flaky salt.
- Return to the freezer for another 3-4 hours until fully set.
- Before serving, let them sit at room temperature for 10 minutes, then enjoy!
