Ingredients
- 1 pack MiLa Dan Dan Noodles
- 1 egg
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 2 tbsp lard
- 1 tsp chili oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bok choy, halved
Instructions
- Heat up some lard in a frying pan, sauté scallions until fragrant, and fry an egg and drizzle some chili oil on top.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and blanch the bok choy in the same pot. Drain and set aside.
- In another pot, heat up a spoon of lard, add garlic and scallions, and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the Dan Dan noodle sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked noodles into the sauce, mixing well to coat evenly.
- Top with the fried egg, bok choy and enjoy!
