Ingredients
Rice Paper Chips
- 4 sheets rice paper
- 8 sheets seaweed snacks
- 2 eggs
- 8 thin slices of spam
- 2 stalks scallions, chopped
- Cooking oil
Spicy Noodles
- 2 packs buckwheat noodles
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
- ½ boiled egg
- Water for boiling
Instructions
- Rice Paper Chips: Layer rice paper with seaweed, egg, spam, and scallions. Cover with another wet rice paper, seal, and cut into four pockets. Fry at 325°F until golden.
- Spicy Noodles: Mix seasonings in a bowl. Boil and drain noodles, then toss in sauce. Top with a boiled egg and serve with crispy chips.
