Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 egg
- ½ cup Spam, cubed
- 2 tbsp scallions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp cheddar cheese
- Cucumber kimchi
- Seaweed sheets
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the cooked rice with the raw egg.
- Add in the cubed Spam, scallions, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
- Microwave on high for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the microwave and drizzle with gochujang, then top with cucumber kimchi and cheese.
- Microwave for another 3-4 minutes.
- Take it out, mix thoroughly, and enjoy with seaweed sheets!
